A great guitar at a bargain price

I recently got one of these "leftovers" (I believe they were manufactured in 2002 or 2003 for sale then) from UBID.COM. Although it was sold as first quality, the one I received has a strange solid spruce top. It is obviously book matched, but the center of the wood has a (mirror imaged) stripe. I looked closely and it does appear to be part of the original solid wood, and not an add in piece. Also, the back has a finish flaw. About a half inch long crack just in the finish. Otherwise, the guitar is spectacular to look at. The best part is that the guitar sings sweetly. It has excellent sustain and stays in tune. It features the Buzz Feiten tuning system. I've read about it in several places but still do not understand how the design differs from other guitars to provide proper tuning up and down the fretboard.
